		<description>I loved your article on Zen Habits about 7 essential rules to optimum health. I totally agree with you on tip 7 about natural movements. I&#039;m an olympic lifter and perform the natural movements every lift. The bodybuilding mentality is rampant and infecting all the major gyms across this country. You don&#039;t need to stand in front of a mirror lifting weights to our side but when we do kettlebell or low and heavy barbell squats in a bodybuilding mentality gym people will think we&#039;re crazy. Great article.</description>
