I loved your article on Zen Habits about 7 essential rules to optimum health. I totally agree with you on tip 7 about natural movements. I’m an olympic lifter and perform the natural movements every lift. The bodybuilding mentality is rampant and infecting all the major gyms across this country. You don’t need to stand in front of a mirror lifting weights to our side but when we do kettlebell or low and heavy barbell squats in a bodybuilding mentality gym people will think we’re crazy. Great article.
