6 Essentials For 2010
It’s been a long time since my last post and for good reason…
Your Money Or Your Life by Vicki Robin & Joe Dominguez
Food Rules: An Eater’s Manual by Michael Pollan
The Power of Less by Leo Babauta
Holosync Meditation CDs
Convict Conditioning by Paul “Coach” Wade

Great resources Chris… thanks for sharing.
One resource I would like to add is the book Beer Belly Blues by Brad King.
Excellent source on supplements to increase energy and lose weight while toning. You can check it out here for more information

Hi Chris.
I’m on a Mac, using Firefox.
I was going to follow your affiliate links (specifically “Your Money or Your Life”) but only Convict Conditioning seems to be working.
It might just be my computer; that stuff happens, but in case it’s not – I wanted you to know.
I found your blog from Zen Habits and Leo’s list of Fitness sites.
all the best,
earl.
Great ideas, in particular the book reference by Michael Pollan. I’ve read his other books and was not even aware this one was out.
Great to hear you are blogging again.
Regards,
CReid.
Happy new year Chris, thanks for your recommendations. Definitely appreciate like minded folks and am always open to the new and positive. All of which I’m interested, but am looking forward to “Convict Conditioning”…
If you have a chance, I think you might get a lot from Deepak Chopra’s new Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul. I’m currently listening to the audio book and am finding so many new openings to health of the mind, body, soul (and wallet =D).
Thanks again!

Really good resources, especially the CD’s meditation is essential with todays busy lives and its great to have more people turn to them and promote them. Power of Less is also something I need to get my hands on in 2010! Great vid….
Loving your blog!! I passed it on to my husband. Thanks for all the great info!
