		<description>Yeah, I was pretty happy with the gift as well.  I had to hold off on starting the program because of my shoulder injury (thanks again for your advice on that).  I&#039;m just now getting to where it doesn&#039;t hurt to do stick-ups and a limited number of push-ups.  Hopefully in another week or two I can manage that KB, and start this program...

One question, the Crusher pdf doesn&#039;t list a quantity or time for the Hindu Push-ups.  What should it be?</description>

I&#039;ve made friends with the local CrossFit gym in my city as well and they usually carry kettlebells there.  

KBs are really starting to become mainstream, so I&#039;m sure you could find some at a local sporting goods store.  

Come to think of it, the military has been using KBs for a long time now.  Maybe a surplus store would have some too.
